I have used the credit reporting agencies for screening tenants and have been burned bad. Small landlords like myself have no access to reporting bad tenants to these credit agencies for warning other landlords. The bad tenants just go from one unknowing landlord to another. This service provides real tangible feedback from tenants’ previous landlords. We all know the bad tenants lie so much and will never reveal the landlords they have burned. I like the ability to look tenants up by cell phone number and I have found several using aliases on their rental application.
